Does anyone have any leads on employment in the area between Merced to Modesto, CA (Admin. retail marketing)?
I know we have a great economy right now. LOL. I could use a little help. One class short of a business administration degree and 15 yrs of accounts receivable need to be put to work. Lots of general education and general office skills also. Ok now you may have a good laugh. It feels good to de-stress on this web site. BUT I still need a job.

About Can anyone give some references about America's Financial Solution
Can anyone give some references about America's Financial Solution?
I bought a house in Modesto Ca 2 years ago, but the prices dropped about 60%. This company is offering me to renegotiate the loan with my lender, and they are charging $3,500 in advanced to do this work for me. Can anyone tell me how to check the record of this company, whether it is a legal company, and how long it's been in business.. Whether it is a reputable and strong company. Thank you * 12 minutes ago * - 1 week left to answer.

Be very careful. Here are some facts that my mortgage loan friend told me. 80% of these companies are complete scams. Only 15-20% of applicants are able to get the bank to renegotiate the loan. So, you have HIGH odds of paying $3500 and getting nothing, or worse, scammed out of your home. If you have a financial hardship that came about after you bought the house, not just you are ticked because you paid too much, you have a shot at renegotiating with your lender yourself. If you are making your payments, can afford your payments, odds are low your bank will not do anything for you. Good luck

About Jobs for a 13 year old male in modesto california
Jobs for a 13 year old male in modesto california?
according this off of dir.ca.gov a thirteen year old can work but it is potentially hard to find an employer willing to hire at a young age please help if u knoe in jobs in modesto california that would hire a 13 year old hard working male below is the statment i read on dir.ca.gov if needed Fourteen Fourteen is the minimum age that minors may be: • Employed in occupations permitted in Subpart C of Title 29 of the Code of Federal Regulation and adopted by inclusion by the state of California in Labor Code Section 1294.1(a)(2). These occupations are listed in Chapter 7 of this digest. No minor under 14 may be employed in firms subject to the federal Fair Labor Standards Act unless the employment is exempt as specified in Chapter 12 of this digest. • Employed during the regular school year, but only before or after school [EC 49112] (For exceptions see Chapter 5 of this digest.) • Enrolled in a Work Experience Education program [EC 49113]. Twelve Twelve is the minimum age that minors may be: • Issued a Permit to Work by school authorities [EC 49111]. • Employed in household occupations or as a personal attendant if issued a Permit to Work [EC 49111]. This should not be construed to apply to irregular employment as a babysitter or other personal attendant duties or to irregular yard or housework since those occupations, when pursued on a casual, irregular basis, are considered exempt from permit requirements [18 Ops. Cal. Atty. Gen. 114 (1951)]. Since most domestic service is not considered part of the child labor provisions of the FLSA, the federal minimum age of 14 for permitted occupations does not apply to domestic service [29 CFR 552.108]. (See Chapter 7 of this Digest.) • Employed or permitted to work in or in connection with the occupation of selling or distributing newspapers, magazines, periodicals, or circulars [LC 1298]. Newscarriers are exempt from the FLSA [29 USC 213].

Here's a short list of jobs in the U.S., Canada and Europe which you can create to generate income: 1. Learn calligraphy so that you can provide handwritten invitations and thank you notes to prospective wedding parties, birthday celebrations, etc. Seek out clients through wedding planners at nearby churches and temples. A starter calligraphy kit usually runs around $20 and anyone can easily pick up this skill. The going rate is usually $1 per hand addressed item. 2. Seek from your neighbors a gardner position which involves planting, weed removal, plant/tree trimming, light brush clearance. You will be using the neighbor's equipment and tools. Again, do not represent yourself as a lawn mower since there are any number of safety issues involved. A door-to-door solicitation of surrounding neighbors is required and you can charge between $6 to $9 per hour. 3. Offer policing/removal or clearance of trash services to surrounding neighbors which involve trash pickup within nearby residential area. Limit the extent of pickup to small areas and be aware that there are no hazardous terrain or elements involved in this process. Again, a door-to-door solicitation of neighbors is in order. You can charge between $6.75 to $7.50 per hour. 4. Acquire a set of window cleaning tools [a bucket, liquid window cleaner, sponge, squeegee, handle with an extension and a small step ladder] and solicit local businesses for your window cleaning services. However, be careful to limit the height of the window cleaning to no higher than one story. Charge $1 per window panel. 5. Visit your nearest beauty salon and ask to be trained as a shampoo person who is also willing to sweep up fallen hair on the ground and do set ups [arranging dye kits, curler holders, etc.] for a set hourly fee. 6. Become a sign flipper by contacting your nearest realtor. A flipper is someone who stands at a major intersection and flips a "For Lease/Rental" sign in order to attract visitors to an open house or to a particular real estate listing. The hourly pay is at least the minimum wage. 7. Why not become a paid feeder servicing the disabled at nearby nursing, convalescent, assisted living/care centers and hospitals. It involves feeding food to patients who are unable to feed themselves. The starting rate is $8.00 per hour. The only downside is that one has to take precautions to wash one's hands after each feeding. A posting of your services [by a business card or flyer] on a reviewable bulletin board would be enough to generate customers. The paid feeder position is one of the fastest growing occupation at this time. Good luck!

More information, such as the type of system and what exactly is happening is required. For more info including a step by step troubleshooting guide, check out the furnace page at my source.

I'm asuming you have a electric furnace. Check for restrictions in the duct work which might reduce the volumn of air circulating through the unit. Check the filter first, then the A/C coil. If the coil is stopped up you may want to call a service man to clean it (you can do it yourself but may require removing some ductwork to get to it, and the coil cleaner solution is caustic). As a safety feature furnaces have a high heat limit switch that opens when things get too hot. It works like the one in your blow dryer; if you block the air flow, the blow dryer will overheat and stop, until it cools down.
